Hi Y'all I am Kaci McCrossen, Founder and President of HERmosa Circle and my own company, Flip Your Energy. I started HC because as a new business owner, I quickly realized that I needed help. As Women, we know we can do everything, but we do it at the expense of our own sanity!! Once I allowed myself to focus on my strengths, and ask for help, other women started to show up in their strength to help me. Together we create magic because we truly are stronger togetHER! My passion is helping others step into their strength, empowering them to be their best selves, and connecting with like-minded individuals. I am grateful to be surrounded by amazing HC board members and am honored to support them in their individual roles as directors. My company, Flip Your Energy offers easy tools to help guide you to flip your energy and be at peace with where you are in your life today. I am a pharmaceutical rep for over 17 years specializing in Dermatology and I love incorporating Flip Your Energy into this amazing community of individuals. Hi, I'm Jenny, HERmosa Circle's Creative Director! My role is pretty cool! I create and manage all branding/design for the organization, from our signature HC logo, and invites to all graphic elements for each event. I have 20yrs of experience in design, working in both agency and in-house design environments. I'm grateful for each opportunity because it has allowed me to work with many talented individuals and companies who continue to inspire and challenge my creativity. The best part of my job is connecting with people and helping them bring their businesses to life.

What fuels me is sunshine, the beach, a good run, hot yoga, music, coffee, traveling, being with my husband & family, my furbaby Ginger & hanging out with my friends.

Howdy - I’m Amanda; a founding board member of HERmosa Circle & a Texas native now 13 years living in the Southbay. I handle all aspects of our Instagram including posts, creating reels and all other content. My main objective is to connect people through digital/visual communication that makes everyone feel included. I also handle DM's and help prospective members join our group via our IG account. I love taking the time to create quality content that best represents who HC is and that gets people excited to join. Highlighting our events and mission is so much fun!!

My background is in fashion, buying, and visual communication. Merchandising is my love and empowering women through what they wear on a day-to-day basis. Need any styling help ... stop by and see me at Beach & Beverly in Hermosa Beach!!

When I’m not working or heading up my role for HC, I’m probably at a concert or hanging with my husband and our beagle, Waylon. I love to travel literally anywhere and scout new designs for my shops.

Hey there, I'm Evelyne Ouellet, your friendly French-Canadian California Realtor, and I'm all about bringing some good vibes and local spirit to the table. My journey? Well, it's been a fun ride in the Media and Entertainment world. I've teamed up with big shots like CIRQUE DU SOLEIL and VIRGIN RADIO, learning the ropes and bringing that know-how to make your real estate journey top-notch.

Speaking of learning, I hustled my way to an MBA from HEC MONTRÉAL, a big player recognized by Forbes in their Top 10 International Schools. But let's talk about inspiration – folks like Guy Laliberté, Richard Branson, and now Glenn Sanford at eXp Realty really get my gears turning. To me, a home is more than just walls; it's a stage where each open house is a chance to put on a show, and you, my friend, are the VIP. I’m passionate about HOMES & LIFESTYLE, meaning the beach lifestyle of course!

Now, I'm not one to back down from a challenge. I've tackled four Full IRONMAN races and completed eleven Ironman 70.3 races. That kind of grit is what I bring to the table for you and the community. Let's make the world of HERmosa Circle a whole lot more fun, togetHER.

I was at the very first meeting of Hermosa Circle and I knew, immediately, that this group of women+ had a vibe of their own! Hermosa Circle is the new blueprint for networking groups and I am proud to be a part of this movement.

I am the go-to photographer for Hermosa Circle’s headshots & events, and content needs, while also sharing that job with so many of our talented photographer members, and of course, our talented social media maven, Amanda. I also help to manage the event photography and our photo archives.

In my own work, I photograph women in business, products, branding, social media content & families. My goal is to help individuals achieve a fit and healthy lifestyle, despite having a demanding career. I strive to help people incorporate fitness and wellness into their lifestyles in a sustainable way.

While fitness is my passion, I work full-time as a Program Manager in tech. However, I find ways to incorporate my passion for fitness and wellness into my corporate life. I use creative techniques and a very disciplined routine to make time to prioritize fitness and health, despite my demanding career.

I love being a part of HERmosa circle leadership because I truly believe in the power of community and helping underrepresented communities thrive. I live for fitness, traveling the world, spending time with my family, crafting cocktails, and relaxing at the beach!
