Hi y’all! I’m Kaci McCrossen, Founder and President of HERmosa Circle and Owner of Flip Your Energy. I started HERmosa Circle because, as a new business owner, I quickly realized that while we can do it all, we often do so at the expense of our own sanity. Once I allowed myself to focus on my strengths and ask for help, incredible women began showing up in their strengths to support me and that’s when the magic happened.

We are truly stronger togetHER.

My passion for HERmosa Circle is creating a community where like minded women can connect, inspire, and empower each other to reach their highest potential. I love fostering collaboration, celebrating strengths, and helping women step confidently into leadership, purpose, and possibility. I am deeply grateful for our board of executive directors and directors, whose vision, dedication, and leadership bring this mission to life every day.

My company, Flip Your Energy focuses on How to Flip Your Energy with 7 Simple Steps, where you will connect with your body, step into your personal power, believe your intuition, find the courage to use your voice, and brighten your shine.

With over 20 years in pharmaceutical sales specializing in dermatology, I also bring positivity and inspiration into my daily work by sharing uplifting messages, drawing an angel card, or simply reminding someone of their light.

When I’m not working or hosting events, you’ll find me volunteering, running on the strand, doing yoga, or relaxing on the beach.

Bonjour! I’m Evelyne — your friendly French-Canadian California Realtor, bringing good vibes and an empowering approach to everything I do.

As Vice President of HERmosa Circle, I get to collaborate with inspiring women, lead business workshops, and build partnerships that lift up our community. Honestly? Watching our members collaborate and celebrate one another fills my heart.

I’m originally from Montréal, Canada, and moved to California in 2011 with my husband and daughter. My career began in Media and Entertainment (yep — Cirque du Soleil and Virgin Radio!) where I learned the power of storytelling and strategy — lessons I now bring to every real estate and branding project I touch.

With an MBA in Marketing from HEC Montréal, I love blending business strategy with lifestyle vision. I’m endlessly inspired by leaders like Daniel Lamarre, Richard Branson, and Wendy Forsythe, my world-class Chief Marketing Officer at eXp Realty. The leadership lessons I’ve gained from these amazing mentors continue to shape how I show up for women and for our HERmosa Circle community.

Amanda Holsinger is the Executive Director of Creative Strategy and Events for HERmosa Circle, where she brings her passion for community, creativity and connection to life through dynamic event programming and visionary direction. With over 15 years in the South Bay, Amanda has cultivated a deep understanding of the local culture and a commitment to empowering women and strengthening community ties.

In addition to her leadership at HERmosa Circle, Amanda serves as Retail Director for Wicked Group, LLC, overseeing three cornerstone Hermosa Beach businesses—Beach & Beverly, Wicked+ General Store and The Bungalow. She also sits on the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she created and now chairs the Retail Committee, fostering collaboration and innovation among local businesses.

Amanda is also the founder of Amanda Holsinger Styling, where she specializes in personal styling, photoshoot direction and closet remixing. Her creative eye and ability to translate individuality into style have made her a trusted partner for clients seeking elevated, authentic expression.

Whether leading large-scale events, curating retail experiences or empowering women through HERmosa Circle, Amanda brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and heart to every endeavor.

I was at the very first meeting of Hermosa Circle and I knew, immediately, that this group of women+ had a vibe of their own! Hermosa Circle is the new blueprint for networking groups and I am proud to be a part of this movement.

I am the go-to photographer for Hermosa Circle’s headshots & events, and content needs, while also sharing that job with so many of our talented photographer members, and of course, our talented social media maven, Amanda. I also help to manage the event photography and our photo archives.

If you are a photographer or videographer and would like to donate your time to capture an event or have an idea for a fun photo campaign, reach out to me!

In my own work, I photograph women in business, products, branding, social media content & families. I always like to say my work is a collaboration between me, YOU, and the beautiful light & surroundings of the South Bay! I also have a studio in South Redondo Beach, I love visitors! Hey there! I'm Claire, HERmosa Circle's Finance Director. I help keep our money in check, tracking revenue and expenses, and working directly with the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce. This role was a no-brainer for me as I run my own bookkeeping business. I was originally an active member of HC early on and helped with one of the first Women's Month events in 2022. Life took me away for a couple years, but I am so happy to be back and honored to be a member of the board.

A little bit more about me - I am a transplant from Virginia. I moved to California in 2014 after getting my BA in Music Technology from Virginia Tech. I originally moved here to pursue a career as an audio engineer and was so lucky to find myself in the beautiful South Bay community. I did end up finding my place in a local recording studio and production company in Hermosa Beach, but in a slightly different role, as Studio Manager. I was able to use my degree and my work experience of managing retail stores together to excel in this role. This experience taught me so much, with one skill in particular standing out, bookkeeping. In 2024, I was able to take that skill and make it my career, starting my own business, Sun Bear Bookkeeping. I look forward to growing my business and helping other small business owners grow theirs.

While fitness is my passion, I work full-time as a Program Manager at Meta.

I love being a part of HERmosa circle leadership because I truly believe in the power of community and helping underrepresented communities thrive. I live for spending quality time with my husband and two babies, trying new restaurants, traveling the world, and relaxing at the beach!

Hi! I’m Nikki Velasco, a certified mindset coach and breathwork facilitator with a background in psychology and neuroscience. I’m passionate about helping women create success that actually feels good. After years of watching high-achieving women push themselves to the limit (myself included), I realized that the real work isn’t just about doing more but instead, it’s about learning how to be more aligned, grounded, and fulfilled. Through my coaching, I help women strengthen their self-leadership, regulate their emotions/ nervous system, and redefine what success looks like on their own terms.

My mission is to help women lead with clarity and confidence, achieve their goals, and still have the freedom of time and peace they desire in their life.

I joined HERmosa circle when we had our very first meeting and I have been a member ever since. I have met some of my closest friends through this wonderful group and I am so grateful for it! I believe in the power of community and supporting one another in and outside of business. I was invited to become a board member at the end of 2024 and I am so proud to be able to help our community in this way. I serve as the community director and I help foster meaningful relationships/connection between members, create the monthly newsletters to promote local member events, and help create opportunities for collaborations with members. I am so incredibly grateful to be a part of this wonderful community and I cannot wait to meet more amazing women in this group!

When I am not working or engaged in HERmosa Circle duties, I love spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, dancing, doing anything crafty, and having fun at the beach!
