The City offers a variety of convenient free and pay public parking options around town (City lots and metered spaces). Please observe all posted signage, street sweeping schedules and the 72-hour California Vehicle Code maximum time limit for any one space (includes Downtown City lots).

Metered parking is offered on the following streets at a rate of $1.25 per hour:

  • Hermosa Avenue - 1,100 spaces (2, 3 and 24-hour parking)
  • Upper Pier Avenue - Valley Dr to Hermosa Ave - 129 spaces (2 and 3 hour)
  • Lot A and Lot C $1.25 - 1.50/hour
